Tonight, we are honoring three EAGLE finalists and their nominating instructors.

Hannah Hadley represents Brooks County Adult Education and was nominated by her instructor, Toni Lewis.  Hannah enrolled in the Adult Education program in 2018.  In less than a year, she has passed 3 of her 4 GED tests.  Her goal is to earn her GED by December of this year.  She is involved in several community leadership activities and is very active in her church as a praise and worship leader. Hannah plans to attend Wiregrass Georgia Technical College and eventually open her own day care center.

Charleston Lemon represents Coffee County Adult Education and was nominated by his instructor, Brianna Gillis.  He is a very hard worker that is determined to better himself and others through motivation and positive thinking. His inspiration to help others comes from his love for his three daughters.  Although he graduated with his GED earlier this year, he continues to come to the GED program as a volunteer to tutor others who are trying to reach their goals.  Charleston works at Premium Peanut in Douglas, where he hopes to climb the professional ladder while furthering his education at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.

Johnathan McMillian represents Lowndes County Adult Education and was nominated by his instructor, Adann-Kennn Alexxandar.  He is a husband and father of four wonderful children. He strives to be a positive example for his children and show them the importance of education.  He is an ordained minister who sees helping others as a spiritual duty. After a long career as a mechanic, Johnathan will be attending Wiregrass Georgia Technical College next year to become a dental hygienist.
